Job Summary

RAVS Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project-wise and monthly sales targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives
  • Generate leads through site visits, channel partners, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth sales operations
  • Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present regular updates to management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
  • Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of real estate sales processes and local market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to close deals and manage high-value clients
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
