Job Description
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
- Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
- Compare a property with similar properties to determine its competitive market price
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Answer client questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
