Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, lead sales teams, and manage end-to-end sales operations for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies, managing channel partners, and ensuring excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

Drive sales targets for residential/commercial projects.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation sessions.

Build a high-performance sales culture.

Channel Partner Management

Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and agencies.

Expand the channel network to increase project reach.

Ensure consistent engagement and performance of partners.

Customer Relationship Management

Oversee customer acquisition and closure processes.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively.

Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Marketing Coordination

Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation.

Provide market feedback for branding and promotional activities.

MIS & Reporting

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.

Maintain CRM data and ensure timely reporting of leads and closures.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

Sales Manager: 2–4 years in real estate sales

Sr. Manager: 5–6 years experience

AGM/GM: 6+ years with leadership experience

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent leadership and team management ability

Strong network in real estate channel sales

Customer-focused with problem-solving attitude

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Monthly / quarterly sales targets achievement

Lead conversion ratio

Channel partner performance

Customer satisfaction and retention

Inventory movement
