Job Description
OB DESCRIPTION (JD)Position: Channel Partner Manager / Sales & Client Relations ExecutiveLocation: Noida / Noida ExpresswayDepartment: Leasing / Real Estate SalesExperience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)Salary: As per interview + IncentivesRole PurposeTo build and manage channel partners (brokers/associates), handle client meetings, and deliver presentations of commercial assets (office spaces/buildings) to close leasing/sales deals.
- Key Responsibilities✅ Channel Partner DevelopmentOnboard new channel partners / property dealers
- Maintain strong relationship with brokers
- Share updated inventory (assets list) regularly
- Plan partner meetings, follow-ups & visits
- ✅ Client Handling & Deal ClosingAttend client calls & meetings for office leasing
- Understand client requirement (area, budget, location)
- Coordinate site visits and negotiations
- Close deals & ensure documentation support
- ✅ Asset Presentation & Marketing SupportPrepare and share asset presentations (PPT, PDF, WhatsApp)
- Explain project highlights like:
- Location advantages
- Tower/Floor options
- Rent + maintenance + GST
- Ready-to-move status
- Coordinate with internal team for brochures & pricing updates
- ✅ Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily sales report and pipeline tracking
- Update CRM / Excel sheet (leads, partners, conversions)
- Coordinate with admin/legal/accounts for agreements
- Skills RequiredGood communication (Hindi + English)
- Confident in client presentation & negotiation
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email, WhatsApp)
- Must be field active + site visit ready
- Target-oriented mindset
- Preferred CandidateExperience in Commercial Leasing / Real Estate
- Existing broker network in Noida / Greater Noida
- Two-wheeler preferred
