Job Description

OB DESCRIPTION (JD)Position: Channel Partner Manager / Sales & Client Relations Executive Location: Noida / Noida Expressway Department: Leasing / Real Estate Sales Experience: 5 Years + (Preferred)Salary: As per interview + Incentives Role Purpose To build and manage channel partners (brokers/associates), handle client meetings, and deliver presentations of commercial assets (office spaces/buildings) to close leasing/sales deals.

  • Key Responsibilities✅ Channel Partner Development Onboard new channel partners / property dealers
  • Maintain strong relationship with brokers
  • Share updated inventory (assets list) regularly
  • Plan partner meetings, follow-ups & visits
  • ✅ Client Handling & Deal Closing Attend client calls & meetings for office leasing
  • Understand client requirement (area, budget, location)
  • Coordinate site visits and negotiations
  • Close deals & ensure documentation support
  • ✅ Asset Presentation & Marketing Support Prepare and share asset presentations (PPT, PDF, WhatsApp)
  • Explain project highlights like:

  • Location advantages
  • Tower/Floor options
  • Rent + maintenance + GST
  • Ready-to-move status
  • Coordinate with internal team for brochures & pricing updates
  • ✅ Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily sales report and pipeline tracking
  • Update CRM / Excel sheet (leads, partners, conversions)
  • Coordinate with admin/legal/accounts for agreements
  • Skills Required Good communication (Hindi + English)
  • Confident in client presentation & negotiation
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email, WhatsApp)
  • Must be field active + site visit ready
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Preferred Candidate Experience in Commercial Leasing / Real Estate
  • Existing broker network in Noida / Greater Noida
  • four-wheeler preferred
