Job SummaryRAVS Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage a sales team, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and proven experience in closing deals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
  • Handle site visits, client meetings, and high-value deal closures
  • Generate new business through channel partners, referrals, and direct sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the sales process
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
