Real Estate Sales Manager

• Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate sales agents. 
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and sales targets to drive property sales. 
• Performance Management: Monitor sales team performance, provide coaching and training, and ensure agents meet sales goals. 
• Market Analysis: Analyze real estate market trends, identify new business opportunities, and build client relationships. 
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. 
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and sales forecasts to inform business decisions. 
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate regulations and ethical standards. 

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, often with prior leadership experience.
