Role OverviewThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, market trends, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Generate new leads through networking, site visits, channel partners, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes: client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns, events, and site visits.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support.
  • Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure sales, with proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
