Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

- Conduct property presentations and site visits.

- Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).

- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate or related fields.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Knowledge of Noida/Delhi real estate market is an advantage.
