Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Generate leads through various channels (digital marketing, brokers, referrals)
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
  • Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
