Real Estate Sales Manager

Experience Required:1-5Years (Real Estate Preferred)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, generate revenue, and drive property sales. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, real estate knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly targets
• Handle site visits and client meetings for property sales (Plots, Farmhouses, Land)
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training & support
• Handle customer escalations and close high-ticket deals
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
• Maintain CRM and sales reports
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and investors
• Ensure smooth documentation and deal closure process
• Required Skills:Strong leadership & team handling skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of local real estate market (Noida preferred)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• CRM knowledge preferred
• Strong closing skills
• Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1+ years experience in Real Estate Sales
