Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in real estate sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects (plots, farmhouses, etc.)
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
• Handle high-value clients and close deals efficiently
• Ensure proper lead management and follow-ups through CRM
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaign planning and execution
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (team handling required)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
• Graduation in any field (MBA preferred)
