Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends. This role is critical in achieving our sales targets, expanding our client base, and upholding our company's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching strategies to enhance agent performance.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance sales culture.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new sales agents.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to drive property sales across assigned projects and territories.
  • Set clear sales targets, quotas, and objectives for the sales team.
  • Analyze sales statistics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure effective lead qualification and distribution to the sales team.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring efficient conversion of leads to closed deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the client engagement process, ensuring exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through closing.
  • Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Encourage repeat business and referrals through superior client experiences.
  • Market Expertise & Reporting:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, including local trends, property values, competitor offerings, and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure all sales activities are conducted within budgetary constraints.
  • Operational Support:
  • Ensure the sales team complies with all company policies, procedures, and real estate regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, finance, legal, and project management teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Skills:
  • Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, closing, and persuasion skills.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, property types, and valuation methods.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market research, and financial reports.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and real estate databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury real estate, commercial real estate, or specific property development sectors relevant to the company.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology tools (e.g., virtual tours, automated marketing platforms).
