Role OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for real estate projects. The role requires proactive client engagement, deal closure expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through portals, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Negotiate and close deals with investors, and end-users.
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Track sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Graduate with at least 3 years of proven real estate sales experience.
• Must own a personal vehicle for client meetings and site visits.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, confident, and target-oriented personality.
• Based in or willing to work from Noida.
