Job SummaryRAVS Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle residential/commercial property sales and client negotiations
- Generate leads through site visits, channel partners, referrals, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with prospects
- Manage and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and CRM updates regularly
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns and promotions
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage clients and sales teams effectively
- Knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate market is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Preferred Candidate ProfileImmediate joiner
- Experience working with real estate developers or brokerage firms
- Local candidates from Noida/NCR preferred
