Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :-

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Plan and execute sales strategies for Farmland /residential/commercial projects

Generate revenue through direct sales,

Handle walk-ins, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

Monitor daily sales activities, leads, and conversions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Proven experience in real estate sales or other relevant industries such as banking, insurance, FMCG

Strong leadership and team-handling skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-

Monthly & quarterly sales targets

Site visit conversion ratio

Team performance & productivity

Revenue growth
