Real Estate Sales Manager

we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in real estate sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Generate leads and convert them into successful deals
• Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
• Monitor team performance and provide training/support
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Ensure proper follow-ups and closures
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of Noida real estate market
