Job Description

Babbar Group is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team at Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.



Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and site visits
  • Explain project details including location, pricing, approvals, payment plans, and amenities
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients
  • Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into bookings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams
  • Assist clients during booking, token amount, registry, and post-sales processes
  • Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and customer data
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients



Requirements & Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial/plots)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Knowledge of Noida real estate market is a plus
  • Understanding of registry, CLU, RERA, and documentation process preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, calling, and WhatsApp follow-ups
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Willing to visit sites and meet clients
