Job SummaryRAVS Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for residential and/or commercial projects in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a sales team, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners.
  • Generate leads through site visits, walk-ins, digital platforms, and broker networks.
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
  • Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, site events, and launches.
  • Ensure proper documentation, booking formalities, and coordination with CRM/legal teams.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales coordination.
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven expertise in real estate sales and deal closures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
  • Strong knowledge of Noida real estate market (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
  • ExperienceMinimum 2–8 years of experience in real estate sales
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
