Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential leads through various channels
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers
• Negotiate terms and facilitate successful property transactions
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes
