Position: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Sector 136, Noida

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead real estate sales activities for residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Generate leads through various channels including references, marketing campaigns, and field activities.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Convert inquiries into sales through effective negotiation and follow-up.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate client database and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth deal closure.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations.
  • Required SkillsStrong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends in Noida and nearby areas.
  • Ability to handle clients independently and close deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Experience in property selling, channel partner management, or direct sales.
  • Compensation Salary: As per industry standards (fixed + performance incentives).
  • Attractive incentives based on sales performance.

Working LocationOffice based in Sector 136, Noida with field visits as required.
