Job Description

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/advisors

Drive primary & secondary sales for residential/commercial projects

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets

Handle channel partners, brokers, and key clients

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations

Monitor team performance and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports

Train and mentor the sales team for better conversion ratios

Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams

Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support
