Job Description

🧭 Experience & Qualifications       

      Experience: 3–8 years in real estate sales—residential and/or commercial.

At least 1 year in team leadership ›1 years noted                                                                                         

     Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or similar (MBA preferred)           

 Skills Required:

o   Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership qualities o Familiarity with CRM systems & MS Office o    Deep understanding of local (Noida) real estate market

 

✅ Key Responsibilities

•     Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet/exceed monthly & quarterly targets

•       Generate & nurture leads (inbound/outbound, cold-call, network, referrals)

•       Manage client relationships—from consultations to deal closing; conduct site visits & walkthroughs

•       Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing for strategic insight

•       Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives

•       Maintain CRM, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to senior management
