Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, client relationship management, and revenue growth, along with strong leadership skills to drive business success in a competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize property sales and market share
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement data-driven strategies
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and lead conversion
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales / property management
- Proven experience in team leadership and sales management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of real estate market trends and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
