Job SummaryRAVS Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader/Manager to lead, manage, and scale the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of real estate sales, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives
• Drive sales for residential/commercial projects
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and ensure achievement
• Handle high-value clients, site visits, and deal closures
• Develop and execute sales strategies to improve conversions
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular training, and provide feedback
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation and campaigns
• Maintain CRM, sales reports, and MIS
• Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales coordination
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (team handling mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
• Experience in handling channel partners and direct sales
• Knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate market preferred
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven
