Job Description
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives
Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor team performance
Generate sales through site visits, calls, and client meetings
Handle high-value clients and assist the team in deal closures
Train team members on product knowledge, pitch, and closing techniques
Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS
Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and channel partners
Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up
