Job Responsibilities:

. Greet and Welcome visitors in a professional manner

. Handle Incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department

. Maintain office records, files, and basic documentation

. Manage appointments and meeting schedules.

. Handle emails and office correspondence

. Provide administrative support to office staff

. Ensure discipline and cleanliness at the front desk

Required skills & Qualifications:

. Good Communication Knowledge ( MS Word , Excel , Email)

. Pleasant personality with a professional attitude

. Minimum qualification : 12th pass / Graduate preferred

. Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role will e advantage
