Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Visitor Management: Welcoming, welcoming, and directing visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner.
• Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls; handling inquiries and taking messages.
• Front Desk Maintenance: Keeping the reception area, lobby, and shared spaces organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials.
• Administrative Support: Sorting daily mail/deliveries, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, filing, and basic bookkeeping.
• Security & Compliance: Monitoring visitor access, issuing badges, and ensuring security protocols are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, time-management skills, and a professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a degree is often preferred.
