Location: Sector 18, Noida

Position Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)

  • Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management 📌

  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and business associates warmly.
  • Maintain a professional reception area with a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Call Handling & Coordination ☎️

  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the right departments.
  • Maintain a log of calls, visitors, and appointments.
  • Client Support 🤝

  • Provide accurate project-related information to walk-in clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.
  • Administrative Assistance 🗂️

  • Handle courier, stationery, and front-office documentation.
  • Assist HR and operations teams with scheduling interviews and meetings.
  • Office Presentation ✨

  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are always tidy and well-organized.
  • Key RequirementsEducation: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in reception, front office, or customer-facing roles.
  • Personality:

  • Fluent in English & Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • Well-groomed, confident, and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM usage.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Prior experience in a real estate firm will be an added advantage.
