Receptionist

Location: Sector 18, Noida

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

• Job ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
• Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams for client meetings.
• Manage front desk operations and office correspondence.
• Maintain basic records, files, and CRM entries if required.
• Assist in follow-ups with clients when needed.
• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Requirements & SkillsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in front office or receptionist role (real estate preferred).
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web).
• Polite, and professional personality.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
