Location: Noida

Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on prior experience and current salary)

A&G Realtors & Solicitors is seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will not only handle front-office duties but also provide administrative support to the Director in a variety of ways. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:



1. Front Desk Management:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, and take messages when required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Ensure smooth operation of front desk activities including managing appointments and walk-ins.

2. Client and Visitor Coordination:

• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the Director.

• Assist in managing client communications, including emails and phone calls.

• Handle client queries, provide necessary information, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Administrative Support to Director:

• Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedule for the Director.

• Draft, proofread, and send official correspondence as needed.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the Director’s business trips.

• Organize and maintain confidential documents, files, and records for easy access.

4. Documentation & Filing:

• Maintain an organized filing system for office records and documentation.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Director.

5. Office Supplies & Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and ordered in time.

• Coordinate with service providers for any office maintenance and repair needs.

6. Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with other staff members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

• Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

7. Other Duties:

• Perform other receptionist and administrative tasks as assigned by the Director or management.


Requirements:



Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a receptionist or administrative assistant or a fresher with good personality . Prior experience in real estate or law firm setting is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.

Education: Minimum high school in any stream. Additional certification in office management or related fields is a plus.
