- Key Responsibilities👋 Front Desk ManagementGreet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- 📞 Call HandlingAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Take messages and ensure timely communication to concerned staff
- Handle general inquiries about the company
- 📅 Scheduling & CoordinationManage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Inform staff about visitor arrivals
- 📬 Mail & Courier HandlingReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages
- Coordinate outgoing courier services
- Maintain records of deliveries and dispatches
- 🧾 Administrative SupportAssist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
