Position: Receptionist

Location: A&G realtors pvt ltb

Experience: 0–2 years

Salary:18k -20k


Responsibilities:


Greet visitors and clients politely.


Answer and forward phone calls professionally.


Maintain visitor records and staff attendance logs.


Handle daily emails and messages.


Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.


Manage front desk cleanliness and office supplies.


Coordinate with HR and Admin for daily tasks.


Provide basic information about the company to visitors.



Requirements:


Good communication skills (English & Hindi).


Presentable and confident.


Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails).


Ability to multitask and stay organized.
