Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job SummaryBellway Realtech is looking for a smart, well-spoken, and professional Front Desk Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The candidate should represent the company with confidence, courtesy, and a positive attitude.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
• Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
• Coordinate with sales, HR, and management teams
• Handle courier, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Maintain office decorum and ensure reception area is neat and presentable
• Assist HR with interview coordination and basic administrative support
• Handle emails, data entry, and basic documentation work
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Pleasing personality and professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
• Experience0–3 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
• Experience in real estate or corporate office is a plus
