Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Job DescriptionJob Overview:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
• Answer customer questions and handle objections.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Record call details and sales information accurately.
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle rejection positively.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Fluency in local language (and English, if required).
• Qualification:Minimum: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous telesales experience is an added advantage.
• Salary:Fixed salary + Incentives (based on performance).
