HR Recruiter – BFSI / Insurance
Shri Balaji Advertising and Marketing Pvt Ltd.| Sector -59 | Full-time
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiters / Tele Recruiters to support our fast-growing insurance advisor network.
What You’ll Do:
* Source and hire insurance agents/advisors through portals, referrals & social media
* Conduct screening calls and preliminary interviews
* Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
* Manage candidate onboarding
* Achieve monthly hiring targets
What We’re Looking For:
* 6 months to 3 years experience in recruitment or telecalling
* BFSI / Insurance experience preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with targets and fast-paced hiring
* Immediate joiners preferred
