We are currently partnering with leading US-based logistics and transportation companies to staff their critical driver roles. We are looking for an exceptional, results-driven Recruiter based in India to spearhead our high-volume driver recruitment efforts across the United States.

The Role

Prodigy Infratech is looking for a results-driven Recruiter to spearhead our high-volume driver hiring for the US logistics market. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment of Class A drivers, ensuring they meet strict US safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Identify and engage CDL-A drivers using Indeed, social media, and driver networks.
• Vetting & Compliance: Conduct rigorous screenings to ensure candidates meet FMCSA and DOT requirements (medical cards, safety records, and drug testing).
• US Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for US hiring managers, providing real-time pipeline updates.
• Full-Cycle Coordination: Lead candidates through the entire process from initial cold call to successful onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in high-volume recruiting (Agency, BPO, or RPO experience preferred).
• Time Zone: Absolute flexibility to work US Central or Eastern Time zones.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with modern ATS platforms and high-volume sourcing tools.
• Process Driven: Able to handle heavy administrative loads and meticulous record-keeping.
