Recruitment Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and handling employee-related activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to hire suitable candidates for different positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with management for manpower requirements.
• Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
• Maintain attendance and basic HR operations.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms.
• Ability to source and hire suitable candidates.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Experience in HR or recruitment preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
