Recruitment Specialist

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must be comfortable with BPO hiring, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and able to do sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of CVs as per the client's requirements.

Should be responsible for end-to-end recruitment

Required Candidate profile

Able to do the job posting, mass mailing/calling related to the job and could make around 100 calls in a day.

Must have ability to judge comm skills
