Job Description
- Responsible for routine maintenance and servicing of industrial refrigeration systems, including ACs, cold rooms, deep freezers, chillers, IQF units, and associated control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and operational checks of equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Learn and assist in basic troubleshooting of refrigeration units and other related equipment.
- Support senior technicians in preventive maintenance tasks and daily equipment checks.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and café operations teams to ensure coordinated maintenance.
- Has knowledge of required guidelines and follows safety protocols and hygiene standards while working in food processing and café environments.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions, and help implement preventive measures.
- Maintain logs and records of daily maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory and spare parts, ensuring availability of essential resources for timely repairs and maintenance.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
