Job Summary

Ace Vision Financial Services is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Client Relationship Manager to handle builder channel leads, manage end-to-end customer coordination, and drive home loan disbursements through our network of banks and NBFCs. The role demands strong follow-up skills, relationship management, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on builder-generated home loan leads
• Followup with clients from initial inquiry to loan disbursement
• Coordination with multiple banks and NBFCs for case login, approvals, and sanctions
• Maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and customers
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely submissions
• Track case status, resolve issues, and ensure smooth process of disbursement
• Update CRM and maintain MIS reports regularly

• Graduate
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of home loan products, eligibility, and processes
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
