Relationship Manager (Home Loan

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing clients for various loan products

including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loans. The ideal candidate

should have strong relationship-building skills and experience in the loan and financial services

sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and

Business Loans.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.

* Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.

* Manage the complete loan application process from sourcing to disbursement.

* Coordinate with banks/NBFC partners for faster loan approvals.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills

* 1 year Experience in Home Loan, LAP, sales.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Knowledge of loan documentation and banking processes.

* Ability to build and manage client relationships
