Department- Sales & Client Relationship

Days- Monday To Saturday Time: 10 AM to 5.30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive sales of matrimony membership plans and build strong client relationships. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them to choose suitable matrimonial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell matrimonial membership plans to prospective clients
• Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
• Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-office or field visits)
• Understand client preferences and recommend suitable matchmaking services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or customer handling (preferably in matrimony, real estate, insurance, or service industry)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
• Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
