Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Relationship Manager to join our matrimonial services team. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their partner preferences, and converting leads into paid memberships by offering personalized matchmaking services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.

Explain various membership plans and services offered by the company.

Convert leads into paid customers through effective communication and sales techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable matchmaking solutions.

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.

Maintain records of conversations, sales, and client data

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
