Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard and manage channel partners / consultants for retail loan sourcing

- Develop relationships with CAs, Real Estate Brokers, Builders, Insurance Agents, Used Car Dealers & Ex-Bankers

- Conduct field visits & meetings to explain Eazy Credit’s referral model

- Generate loan leads through consultant network and ensure lead conversion

- Educate consultants on lead submission, eligibility & documentation process

- Act as a bridge between consultants, customers & internal processing team

- Resolve consultant and customer queries related to loan products & process

- Assign leads to processing officer and assist in documentation collection & case coordination

- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize closures & repeat business

- Ensure strong relationship retention & partner engagement

- Achieve monthly onboarding & business targets

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline

- 1–5 years experience in DSA / Channel Sales / BFSI Partnerships

- Prior exposure to loan products or financial services preferred

- Local market knowledge is an advantage(Noida, Ghaziabad & East Delhi)
