Restaurant Captain

We are hiring Captain/Senior Steward for Sounth indian Restaurant at noida sector 18 . Candidate must have experience in smiliar position and passionate about customer service. Candidate should be well groomed , clear communication and willing to go extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. greeting Customer and taking order
2. coordinating with other staff for timely order serving
3. keeping Restaurant clean all the time
4. taking feedback/reviews form customer to ensure 4.5 rating on all platform like google,swiggy,zomato.
5. negative feedback should be reported back to management/Chef/Manager.
6. willing to help other restaurant work like inventory management, online order despatches, maintaining Restaurant cleanliness and hyigene
