Restaurant Manager

We are looking out for Restaurant Manager, candidate should have experience of 10 years with 3-5 years experiance in Managing minimum 50+ cover restaurant . Exposure to South indian Restaurant will be added advantage. candidate should be ready to work in break shifts. Manager will responsible for outlet operations like managing Service, planning kitchen preparation, inventory , ordering , hiring and retention of staff, Coordination with kitchen for timely preparation of food,training team, Costomer review and complain handling, cash management, ensure compliance of brand SOP in all departments.

Candidate with lower experience will be considered for Shift manager, Captain , Kitchen supervisor.
