Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Guest Relationship Manager (Female Only):Role Overview- We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and charismatic Guest Relationship Manager to lead operations and marketing for our establishment. This is a leadership role where you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest has a premium experience while driving business growth through creative marketing.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
• Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹20,000 additional per month based on sales targets, guest feedback, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Relations & Experience

• Welcome guests with warmth and manage table reservations/seating.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a database of regular guests to personalize their visits.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring staff are groomed and following SOPs.
• Coordinate between the kitchen and service team for smooth food delivery.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and ambiance in the cafe/restaurant.

3. Marketing & Sales

• Drive walk-ins and bookings through local store marketing (LSM).
• Suggest and implement creative social media ideas or in-house events to increase footfall.
• Upsell premium menu items and membership/loyalty programs to hit monthly revenue targets.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Gender: Female only.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Hospitality, Guest Relations, or Restaurant roles.
• Communication: Excellent command of English and Hindi.
• Personality: Highly energetic, presentable, and "people-oriented."
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge (for billing/reports) and a strong understanding of social media trends.
• Industry: Hospitality, Travel & Tourism.
• Skills: Public Relations, Event Management, Upselling, Guest Handling.
• Education: Graduate preferred.
