Restaurant Operations

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
• Maintain fine-dining service standards, ambience, cleanliness, and presentation
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and high-quality food service
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally

Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and specials
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions
• Analyze sales reports and take corrective actions when required
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
• Experience in fine-dining Indian and/or Chinese cuisine preferred
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
• Good understanding of food costing, inventory control, and POS systems
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
• Presentable personality with a customer-first mindset
