Job Description

A Real Estate Sales helps clients buy, sell, or rent properties, acting as an intermediary in transactions and guiding clients through the process.They leverage market knowledge and sales skills to match clients with suitable properties, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions. This often involves property showings, open houses, contract negotiations, and providing expert advice to clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Management:
  • Identify and engage with potential buyers or sellers, build and maintain client relationships, and understand their needs. 
  • Property Marketing and Showings:
  • Market properties through various channels, conduct property viewings, and coordinate open houses. 
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate. 
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and real estate laws. 
  • Client Guidance and Support:
  • Provide expert advice, address client inquiries, and offer support throughout the buying or selling process. 
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop a strong network of clients, other agents, and industry professionals. 
  • Sales and Closing:
  • Achieve sales targets, manage sales processes, and ensure successful property transactions.
