Job Description
Position: Telecalling Executive – Insurance & Loans
Department: Sales / Financial Services
Location: Noida (or As applicable)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Fresher can apply)
Salary: As per company norms + Incentives
- 🔹 Job Role & ResponsibilitiesOutbound calling to customers for Insurance & Loan products
- Explain products clearly:
- Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Personal Loan / Business Loan / Machinery Loan
- Generate leads & appointments
- Understand customer needs and suggest right product
- Follow up with interested customers till closure
- Collect basic documents for login
- Maintain daily calling data & MIS
- Coordinate with internal team for approvals & disbursement
- 🔹 Skills RequiredGood Hindi communication (basic English added advantage)
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of insurance & loan products
- Ability to handle objections & rejections
- MS Excel / CRM basic knowledge
